nothing at all, a gland in the frogs head makes the toxins 100 times stronger than there are normally, but as CB frogs aren't fed the ants containing the original poison, there's nothing to multiply.

I once touched a WC one that I thought was CB, bad times, bad bad times!

It was in this country so I'm guessing the poison wasn't as potent since it wouldn't have consumed the ants for quite some time.

I was very sick though
