Apparently Kirstyx is the cheapest builder of vivaiums, she flickers her eyelashes and gets all the wood for one viv for £5 at her local B&Q, and that's cut to size!!! lol:grin:

No :( .. I tryed yesterday in the garden, stuck the side peice to the bottom, waited about 15 minutes while the PVA dried the I stood up, and it fell over .. so i asked my dad to help, but he said maybe tommorrow as he was just in from work. God I never realised how hard it would be :O

Building it is always cheaper :D
B&Q can't cut wood straight though -_-
Can't do it with one person though (as you might have discovered Kirsty! :P). You will end up throwing a power tool at someone!

My wife and myself are currently in the middle of building a 5 1/2 x 2 x 2 vivarium for our cornsnake who is about 4 1/12 feet long and it really is cheaper if you build them yourself.
But be prepared for a lot of hard work and swearing....I'll upload some pictures and probably a video tour on Youtube.
We are currently trying to sort out a way of placing a webcam(or two) in the viv and then looking for somewhere decent to host them.
We are taking our time with the build as the wife knows how she wants things and I'm trying to get it as near as I can to her specs.
