You can get the pressure sprayer in any DIY shop there only about 3 quid.
as for drippers ive just used a large plastic beaker with a tiny hole pierced in the bottom and put on top of the mesh lid, it drips a constant drip slowly over a big fake cheese plant leaf in my cham viv and empties into a plastic dish. it drips roughly for about 15 mins

I can't help you with the Exo Terra ones but I've got a Luck Reptile Super Fogger and it's effective I don't use it alot as with the setups I use humidity isn't a problem.

i usally spray his viv down first then fill up the dripper , once in the morning before work then once again when i get home after work

yup , it worked a treat , i use a digital hydrometer there more accurate than the dial ones
EDIT
just reread ya post , humidity afaik dosent need to be 80% for yemens as i understand it, relative humidity shoud be between 50% - 70% at most
as where there from (saudi) is a dry enviroment and a hot one too , hope im right on this if not someone advise me asap as i dont want my little yemen to be kept wrong!...
