how do you boil your branches coz i got some today and they are to big to bake in the oven so i soaked them in the bath with boiling water and just soaking them would this get rid of everything i need to get rid of ?

i think they need to be on a " rolling boil" meaning, the water must boil to kill anything living on it..
the other option is put it in the freezer, or leave it in a bucket in the garden for a few days.

Leave it in the bath a few days with bleach. Make sure that it is properly rinsed then air dried for a few days before adding to the vivarium.
