microclimate stats with magic eye

Im thinking about getting one of these stat's and was wondering if anyone has used these and would recommend them.
I would be getting the pulse thermostat to control a ceramic bulb.

The only stat I would recommend is a Habistat. even though they are pricy they are very reliable. I have one that is over well 15yrs old and is still going strong.
I bought one of these fancy all singing and dancing stats that had a magic eye and all that but it broke down with in 4 months, and I've heard this was a fairly comman thing with them. The idea is brillient but they are not made well enough in my opinion.

If you need the day/night facility temp drop ect, get a habistat pulse pro with the day night function and get a habistat Moon switch. the moon switch switches on during the night, so when added to the pulse pro day/night it turns the night mode of the stat on.

Thanks for the advise, i will look at prices on ebay. I use habitstats already on my setups and one of mine has been going for 14 years so i dont really know why i am looking at other makes.
