Yes the Admin decide the final pictures for the poll, but everybody has a say/vote in which of the 10 chosen pictures wins!

Lol it's a friendly competition and everybody's going mad over one photo. If at the end of the day that's the picture people like then what's the problem? You can't change what people like just because you can't, stop throwing your toys out of your pram just because you don't agree. Get over it.

At the end of the day, the members vote, if its a picture that you don't like that wins it then so be it!
At the end of the day, no personal attacks on someones work will be tolerated... wether the picture is blurry or out of focus is irrelevant, if people are voting for it, then fair play!
And as stated, for the 3rd time now..... any more discussion on this is to be taken out with an admin or mod via PM, and if this fails to be noted, the discussion will be locked untill people can play nice!
At the end of the day it is a friendly competition, and its being turned into a domestic, over one photograph.

Whats the problem? them mods and admin have not voted, forum members have. Well done Kelly :) It's supposed to be a fun freindly comp. With good prize's that the admin have kindly donated, they have nothing to gain from fixing the comp. Lets keep it civil.
