mine was o.k due to the big tank size, they are not the fastest fish, but they will hunt on ill, or dying fish, and eat them..
they have the most amazing colours though..

i miss my fish. :(

yeh, we had a tropical tank up until a couple of weeks ago, it was custom built for the space it is in, i say a couple of weeks because we lost all our fish then we had 2 breeding oscars, 4 clown loaches a plec and 2 other fishes i do`nt know what they were, how did they die? well, this is a warning to everyone we had one of those air freshners that sprays every so often, we moved it too close to the tank with disasterous outcome. we have another, thats a marine tank luckly that is the other end of the room. but all is not lost we are going to turn the tank into a viv. More reps YEH!!

another disaster last night, the power went off when that happens our marine tank empties a third of it`s water, we have another we just have`nt got round to setting it up yet but i think we had better do it soon i do`nt think my carpet can take can take many more floods, so Steve had a late night hoovering and mopping up, so when he comes home tonight he is going to set the new tank up it is smaller and self contained

I'd love to get a tropical tank. We had 3 goldfish before but they died in about 3 days :(

There was obviously a fault with the setup or something.
