Oscars and Bettas are my favourites. I also adore Flagtail Characins, and feel very lucky to have owned them myself.

All Polypterus make me die; they all look like sock puppets. Working in an auqatics centre I get to care for and play with some very unusual fish.

I currently have a setup for Galaxy Microrasbora (Celestial Pearl Danio) and they've only been in there for 3 weeks and are already breeding.

my fave fish are midas cichlids,trimacs,jags,oscars,wolf cichlids,umbees,snakeheads,bichirs and various catfish

Deep sea species are my fav, love the bio luminesence, and i belive jelly fish are free-swimming members of the phylum Cnidaria (not that i knew that lol)

i have got a 4ft tank full of lake malowi ciclids, i also used to have a tank full of plecostomas!! (prob spelt wrong)
