Knifefish are the dogs dangley bits. I love they way they hunt using electricity.
Clown Loach are beautiful fish and so sociable.

Common plecs , always loved these fish!
closely followed by Kribensis and oscars awesome fishies!
if were talking wild fish then nothing beats Great white!

my faves are royal plecs, black ghost knifefish, & jack dempseys. of the smaller species, i like killies (all of them), rummynose & cardinal tetras, & most catfish. also dwarf cichlids.

My favourites at the moment is Thorichthys ellioti. placid butvery active and colourful.

I Wanted to choose Whales or Dolphins, but they are Mammals, Then a Shark, but it cant fit in my Tank, How about Salmon? Theyre Delicious!, But then you mean't the favourite fish i fancy? Oh LionFish!... NoNo They're venomous, Hmmm, ClownFish?, I just love ClownFish They make me laugh alot!, But i think i'll die from laughing after having a LOL then ROFL So no, no Clownfish, Hmmmm Angel fish? Nooo it'll Fly away to the clouds, Hmmmmmmmmm, Got it!, eel?, Noo Dangerous, Piranhas?? nono! will eat my hand, Hmm StingRay! Yes! Noooo, I don't want to end up like Steve Irwin, Oscars?? Nono my Cousin's name is Oscar, Carpet Fish, Noo Ugglyyyyyy, Catfish??, Nono stay away from my Hamsters, Dogfish?? Nooo Stay away from my Cat, SeaHorses, Nope They are weirdo's

i would say out of all the fish i've kept over the last 25 years or so the medium/large central american cichlids are my faves,they have loads of character,will defend their babies against anything and some are just plain psychotic! the best imo are jaguars,midas,wolf,true red devil,trimac,umbee,jack dempsey,synspilum,v.argentea,texas,motaguensis red tiger,cubans,haitians and urop's,for smaller tanks then convicts,firemouths and blue eyes are my faves
