Posting Videos? Help Please!
I tried to post a video and did so in the normal way by pasting the IMG code in the thread, same as I always do. However, the link doesn't work - it just gets the magnifying glass when you click the link and the video won't play or even open Photobucket in a new window/tab! What am I doing wrong? It works on all the other forums I've posted it on! Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure but I believe you have to upload the image to "Youtube" as an example then paste a link to that. As you do for photos..

to load up videos it must be through youtube im affraid.
The reason being, if we allowed videos to be uploaded, it would make more work on the servers, and videos take up soooooooo much space.
register on youtube, its free, and easy, then copy and paste the video code.

OK, thanks for that, Tom! I do have a youtube account - will give it a go later. I just assumed that I could copy and paste the IMG code like I usually do.

we dont have HTML codes on any forum other than the video one, and its only li ked with youtube, google, and a few others.
but its to make the forum faster.
if you copy and paste the youtube code, it will be fine.
any probs tiff, drop me a message.
