Default Vet for people in Essex

I have found a very good vet near Southend Airport.

Ian C Jobson
( Rochford Veterinary Surgery )
The Veterinary Surgery
19 East St
Rochford
Essex
SS4 1DB
01702 545558

Ian is qualified to treat reptiles but he claims not to be a specialist because he deals with other animals too, when I spoke to him, he said that he is a general practisioner with an interest in reptiles.

Anyway, I know a few people that have taken reps to him and he comes highly recomended.

His fees are very reasonable too with a £30 consultation fee.

He doesnt deal with DWA and says that IF he gets anything that is out of his league, he will put you in touch with a specialist.

yeah i had to use him the other day, found my beardie on her back.
after an ultrasound, xray he found i large lump of old crickets that she hadn't pooped out after 3 days without food a thousand baths and giving her antibiotics and some other stuff, still no poo so we will be off for an operation on tuesday or thursday depending on when he is free.
the vet said she has a 50/50 chance of pulling through so fingers crossed.

I personally have worked for Ian,
He is a lovely man and would lift heaven and earth to help any animal, scaley or furry.

Highly recommend him.

:)
There was a tortoise in once, who was very poorly and suffering from lack of vitatmins and calcium, very flat, but be was trying every fruit and veg he could to try and get him to eat again, back and forth to the grocers finding all the nicest yummiest stuff :)

Lovely practice too, everyone is very friendly.

xxx

Been to them a couple of times now, and they are really good.
