Introducing females should not be a problem. Even a single male should be OK.
If there was a problem (unlikely), take out the original female, re-arrange the vivarium and put her back. This will break up her terratory and she will be fine. It is common place for breeders to switch males about and add extra females to groups.

Mmmmm...i dont know if it would. Yes, egg laying is a stressfull event, but we have females that have been laying for years with no ill effects.
Plus, you can enjoy the babies! :)

well i highly recommend you have a spare set up, firstly you need to quarantine any newbies for 3 months. secondly, for in case they dont get on or one gets ill ect.
females normally will tolerate each other, however, if you have a hot female (a female incubate at high temperatures) then there would be a problem as hot females dont tolerate others at all (which is why you cant get them to breed). of course there is no way to tell if its a hot female, unless you know how the breeder incubated, so all you can do is after quarantining, introduce them and see how they get on.
personally, i completely clean out the set up and change things round a bit, that way its like a new home to both and so the already existing leo wont feel like its her territory being invaded (if that makes sence )
