Default Crested gecko

How long does it take for a crested gecko to be fully grown?

Also how do you sex a crested gecko and at what age can be done. Not bred but sexed lol.

It's very easy to sex a cresty at around 6 months old as it will be very 'visable' if it's male! If you want it sexed younger than that then you would have to look at it's pores with a magnifing lense. Big waxy pores = male. Small non waxy pores = female

might be around the year mark maybe more it depends on the gecko to be honest. if you feeding it on CGD alone it will grow slower then if you feed it on a mix so i ve been told. mine is about 7 months and she still has a bit of growing to go but not a huge amount more.

locusts theyre not to keen on mealworms in my experiance, also wax worm but i wouldnt as they can get addictged also are very fatty so can lead to liver disease. quite a few diffrent fruits mango pear melon any thing other than citrus fruits. fruits that are going mushy are best as crestys tend to eat moldy/going off fruit in the wild

Can they eat strawbs now and again or pineapple? I have the cgd but feel guilty giving it to him lmao
