Default home made incubator

can anyone help i think my bearded dragon may be pregnant so i went out a brought a poly box, heat mat, hydrometer and some vermiculite i also have a temperature thermostat, this is all to make my own incubator, i just want to know the best way to set it all up and do i need holes in the poly box for air flow or do bearded dragon eggs not need the air holes.
