Wink how to put the weight back on BD

anyone have any tips on how to get my female BD's weight back on after layin her last 2 batches of eggs? Also does anyone on here keep males and female BD's together long term?

I don't know much about beardies not really my thing.
I would give little often to start with. Then gradually increasing the amount of food but also extending the period between feeds back to the normal feeding routine. But make sure the feed items are fully gut loaded and dusted with the correct vit/mineral suppliments.

Change the type off food, feed more morios, wax worms, nutri grub, silk worms as well as the crixs and locust

Trying uping the amount off food you give and feed her twice a day, once she reaches the correct weight keep feeding twice a day but adjust the food again

Dust all her meals with calcium as well, also feed her as much as she wants each feed, even if you sit there for 30mins feeding her.

I'm doing the same and my female gained 47g in a week and still going
