and the other 2 are a possible, what ever, depending...

this all depends on if there 100% het/ 66% het, or 25% het..
the higher the % the better the clutch outcome..

With the simple recessive gene, the principle is this:

a normal (nn) to a het (na) will produce 50% hets and 50% normals (but there is no visual difference whatsoever!)
a het (na) to another het (na) will produce 25% normals, 50% hets, and 25% albino's. (again you cannot tell the normals from the hets/unless you breed them back to prove them).

a het to albino gives 50% hets (guaranteed) and 50% albino's.

an albino to albino = 100% albino's

best thing you can look at isn't the snake its the breeder, only buy hets from reputable breeders and you cant go wrong....

only deal in possible 66% hets if you are getting females and don't bother with anything less than that as the risk/reward isnt in your favour if you aim to produce anything visual....ie who is going to bother proving out a 50% het albino male for two or three seasons when the price is not much more for a guaranteed het male....

personally i would pay a bit more for a het from a breeder with a good rep than go cheap and risk getting burned....

I agree totally, you must be very careful with buying hets. Lot's of naughty soles, dont sell their POSSIBLE hets as "Possibles", but just call them het's......!

Buying cheap "hets" from unknown sources is risky, they might not even be possible hets!
