Red face Whats to look for in "Hets" ??

i have been lost for ages trying to find out what the secret to finding hets are in snakes..
royals mainly..

ive heard someone say its the colour of the eyes, ive heard people say its about the amount of broken colouring between to scale colours..

i was just wondering if anyone realy knows?
Thanks.

while we are in the subject of this for my research could you tell me if I have this right and wel just use royals as an example to simplify things?

1 normal royal bred with an albino produces all normals het for albino..
once the hets are bred with albinos. you will get half normal and half royal or near abouts.

and the albinos bred with albinos produce pure albino morphs e.t.c:laugh::laugh:

Do I have that right and sorry for asking this in this thread tom but it is kind of on the same subject:laugh:

Normall + Normall Het albino = all normall SOME het albino, i belive 25%
Normall/ Het albino + Normall/ Het albino = 2/8 possible abino, 2/8 hets albino/ 2 normalls
and the other 2 are a possible, what ever, depending...

this all depends on if there 100% het/ 66% het, or 25% het..
the higher the % the better the clutch outcome..

hets are genetics that are carried through from being a morph to a morph, there are many terms, like recesive, co-dominant, visual, and many many more..lol

in fact, i am hopfully going to uni to study genetics, and do a honours degree in it, and plan to go to the london reptile university of reptiles, and vetanery, and study it further..

my problem is im dislexic, and ADHD and cant learnt without viewing what i study..
so its a plan in the making...lol
