please don't judge me...
i really and truly have given up on my snow now - she makes it quite clear she's not happy with me :( i'm thinking maybe i should trade her or sell her as i feel like she'd be happier elsewhere

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes it happens.
I had a leo in the past that hated my guts. Treated her same as all the others but she could not stand me. I decided to rehome her with a friend ans she was fine. Loved being handle by her but if i visited still hated my guts.LOL
Do what you feel is best for your snake and you.

each snake is different and therefor will require different techniques (sp) it might just be that you need to change things slightly.
You know i'll sort something out for you if its what you really want though ok
