my female is due to lay next week, but she was started breatheing VERY heavily, and her body is "pulsing" more than it ever has been before..

its my 1st royal clutch so just after advice, and info on when royals start to "contract" (sp?)...lol
ive breed other snkes, but i just wanted to find out what to exspect, and to see if she is starting/ preparing to lay.

Could be a couple of things, could be she's ready to lay now or could be stress of you being around, royals get preety dam nasty through protection so could be a response to you being around, I'm more inclined to say ready to lay though. Keep an eye on her hun

will do, i have covered her 0ver with a towel noe, so she has complete privacy..
