i was just wondering if anyone here has any royals who no longer ball up?..

ive got a few who still do, but most now dont bother..
just wondered how everyone else found there balls..

We've only got two, and neither of them do this anymore, i think it's just a thing that hatchlings and juveniles do Tom.

We have one in the shop that balls up all the time , cant strike feed him as he just balls up and wont move until hes left alone lol , great feeder though we just have to leave it in there and he takes it himself.
My little royals used to do this but not anymore and both my adults never balled up even as hatchlings :)

never seen mine ball up once mind you ive never seen it come out or eat unaided either

we keep royal pythons (ball) and they only balled up when we got them. once they were used to people and being handled they stopped doing it. also our babies don't do it at all.

Usually Royal Pythons always ball up when they are young, adults are fat and quite big 4 ft long, not very active, and they aren't young anymore to ball up frightened, Ive seen alot of videos as also real adult ball pythons, They are heavy and not that active, they do just curl around to sleep or settle down, but not ball.
My albino normal ball does ball alot! but he doesnt to me now, only to strangers, He has become tame and knows me well! kewl in my hand just like a corn snake (maybe slower lol).
