I think they are a stunning species...
I used to have an Avicularia Versicolor sling, but unfortunately it died during molt.

The colours on them are absolutely spectacular.
I've said I will have another at some point, although I think i will go for a juvie or sub-adult in the hope that age slows them down slightly lol

yeah they can just die suddenly they require alot more of attention then most species. Especially with the humidity and ventalation.

yeah mate my juveniles chile rose doing very good now im even letting it crawl on my hands and stuff, and eats well, my little rose sling im having a bit of a mission to make it eat, but im well proud of my new spiders.

i can't belive that i.ve used to be scared of spiders !!!

Any advice for my sling rose eating problem, will be welcome, mate im still a beginner with spiders.
